A proud Ohio native, my heart beats for the Buckeye state. With 18 years of marriage and the joyful chaos of raising four children in grades 10th, 9th, 5th, and 1st, my personal life is a whirlwind of activity. My professional journey has always revolved around my deep passion for education and leadership, though initially, my leadership style was unintentional and not always conducive to a healthy environment.

It all changed six years ago when I assumed the role of Executive Director for a non-profit, inheriting an unhealthy organizational culture. Facing the question, "Lesley, what kind of leader are you?" I embarked on a journey to discover my authentic leadership identity and create a work culture I desired. Through my partnership with GiANT Worldwide and the guidance of a dedicated coach, I gradually unearthed my own leadership voice, learning the art of becoming a healthy leader and subsequently passing on that vitality to my team. This transformation was evident as our team began to thrive, and it felt like we were finally aligned and heading in the right direction.

After reaching a "golden year," where I had a remarkable staff working cohesively and embodying the healthy culture we had cultivated, a twist of fate led us to relocate to Columbus (Sunbury) for my husband's job. Though I couldn't take the non-profit with me, I carried the valuable lessons and knowledge from GiANT with me. This experience inspired me to become a Certified Leadership Coach through GiANT Worldwide and start VIVID Coaching & Consulting LLC.

I am deeply passionate about what I do, fueled by witnessing the remarkable transformations GiANT and our tools can effect within individuals, teams, and entire organizations. My mission is to guide leaders toward personal and organizational health, transforming them into leaders who are truly worth following.
