Key Program Components

Beyond the core curriculum, the cohort includes three valuable components designed to provide ongoing support and practical application.

  • Peer Check-ins: Monthly accountability and brainstorming with a trusted peer from the cohort.

  • 1-on-1 On-site Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions with an instructor during virtual months.

  • Lunch & Learn Bonus Sessions: A free, instructor-led session for your entire team. Choose from one of three powerful topics: 5 Voices, Support/Challenge Matrix, or Communication Code.

This program is designed to guide you "up the mountain" to become the healthiest version of yourself, so you can lead your team with strength, clarity, and influence.

  • For this year long cohort, the cost is $500 a month for 12 months or make one payment of $5,500.

  • We will be meeting in-person and virtually on the first Tuesday of each month. Exact time is TBD.

  • We will be meeting in various CoHatch locations in Columbus, OH.

  • This cohort is designed for Nonprofit Executive Directors and other Leaders/Administrators in a Nonprofit organization, including Lead Pastors or Board Presidents.

  • As a former Nonprofit Executive Director, Lesley Doan doesn't just teach leadership theory—she shares the practical, tested framework she used to personally transform a fractured organizational culture into a healthy, cohesive, and high-performing "golden year" team. Lesley’s mission is to ensure every nonprofit leader understands they are not alone in facing these challenges, and that the tools for achieving vital alignment and execution are immediately accessible.
