Beyond the core curriculum, the cohort includes three valuable components designed to provide ongoing support and practical application.
Peer Check-ins: Monthly accountability and brainstorming with a trusted peer from the cohort.
1-on-1 On-site Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions with an instructor during virtual months.
Lunch & Learn Bonus Sessions: A free, instructor-led session for your entire team. Choose from one of three powerful topics: 5 Voices, Support/Challenge Matrix, or Communication Code.
This program is designed to guide you "up the mountain" to become the healthiest version of yourself, so you can lead your team with strength, clarity, and influence.

For this year long cohort, the cost is $500 a month for 12 months or make one payment of $5,500.

We will be meeting in-person and virtually on the first Tuesday of each month. Exact time is TBD.

This cohort is designed for Nonprofit Executive Directors and other Leaders/Administrators in a Nonprofit organization, including Lead Pastors or Board Presidents.
